Zinc Oxide Production Methods
Direct Method:

Indirect Method:
Uses zinc ingots or zinc slag as raw material. Zinc is vaporized at high temperatures (1000°C+) and oxidized to produce high-purity zinc oxide (99.5%-99.7%). Used for rubber, paints, pharmaceuticals, and other industrial applications.
Wet Process:
Produces zinc oxide with fine particle size and large specific surface area. Uses zinc-containing solutions to precipitate zinc compounds, which are then calcined. Ideal for applications requiring active zinc oxide properties.
