Client Problem: A defense contractor was designing tactical backpacks for special forces, requiring them to keep internal items absolutely dry in humid jungle environments. However, the original fabric began to leak after 24 hours of continuous rainfall, causing electronic devices to become damp.

Solution: We used our double-sided PU-coated camouflage nylon fabric, which boasts a hydrostatic pressure exceeding 8000 mmH₂O, and the seams were heat-sealed with waterproof tape. The coating is highly uniform and does not affect the clarity of the camouflage print.

Result: The backpacks performed excellently in a 72-hour immersion test in the Malaysian jungle, with internal tissues remaining completely dry. The military placed an initial order for 5,000 sets and requested that the fabric be used for other individual soldier equipment.
