Dimethyl ether  (DME) is a colorless, non-toxic gas with a slight eal aroma that can be liquefied for storage. It is an important clean energy source and chemical raw material, known as a "green alternative to liquid fuel gas."
Due to its advantages such as complete combustion, clean emissions, and convenient storage and transportation, DME has been widely used in various fields, including energy, chemicals, refrigeration, and aerosol propellants.
