Technology


The product adopts high-density hot-pressing integral forming technology and graded porous structure design. Through precise fiber stacking and high-temperature compression molding, the internal pore size and density are scientifically graded, which can accurately absorb different frequency sound waves and avoid the single-frequency absorption defect of ordinary acoustic panels. The surface adopts anti-scratch and anti-fouling nano-coating technology, which enhances surface durability while maintaining texture aesthetics. The composite bonding technology is used between the core material and the surface layer, with strong adhesion, no delamination or cracking. Theory
The working principle of acoustic panels is porous physical sound absorption. Different from sound insulation materials that isolate sound sources, acoustic panels rely on a large number of tiny interconnected pores inside the material. When indoor sound waves propagate to the panel surface, they penetrate into the porous structure instead of being reflected. The air molecules in the pores vibrate with the sound waves, and friction and viscous resistance are generated between the fibers and air. Finally, the sound energy is converted into tiny heat energy and dissipated, thereby reducing sound wave reflection and indoor sound energy. It effectively shortens indoor reverberation time, eliminates echo noise, and realizes the purpose of purifying indoor sound field and reducing ambient noise.
